MBACP, NCPS (Accred)
I am a person centred therapist working with a relational approach. Qualified in Integrative Counselling, I can adapt myself to your needs for the best outcome. I am interested in solution based strategies, helping the client change their thought process.
Being open-minded and non-judgemental, with a warm core, I am here to listen and understand your needs while supporting you in a safe space. I have experience in general counselling, armed forces, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, relationships, OCD, trauma and depression.
I have volunteered at Turning Point Talking Therapies where I worked outdoors supporting survival skills and working with a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in a classroom setting. I have volunteered at a food bank, lending a listening ear while supporting their needs. I have also volunteered at an infant school working with Art Therapy.
As a member of the MBACP and NCPS professional bodies, I work within their ethical frameworks.
